Please do your car reservation 3 days in advance.
We require a minimum of RM 300.00 to RM 1000.00 refundable deposit depending on car models. This is to cover cost of minor dents & other minor damages on the vehicles. Other models are available upon request & long term rentals are available on requests also. All car are fitted with radio cassette or cd player, air-conditioning, alarm and power steering. Minimum 2 days rental.

1. Gasoline & Petrol
2. Delivery, Collection and Re-Positioning charges
3. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
4. Vehicle Entry Permit and Road Pricing Permit for entry into Singapore
5. Tolls, Parking and Summons
6. Collision Damage Waiver
7. 10% service charges
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Rates
Daily rental rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage. Rates include maintenance and engine oil but petrol is excluded. Excess hours are calculated at 1/6 of the daily rental rates for the first 5 hours and a full day rate will be charge for extension more than 5 hours. Rental rates are subject to 10% service charge.
2) Insurance
Rates include coverage of 3rd party property damage up to RM100,000.00 and 3rd party passenger liability. Excludes Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
3) Payment
Cash & Company Cheque, Credit card or Debit card are acceptable.
4) Petrol & Traffic Related Offences
Petrol is not included in our rates. The hirer will also be responsible for any summons or fines issued by the Malaysian Traffic Police, Road Transport Department or local municipal authorities. This will be stated in our agreement.
5) Driver's Requirements
The driver must be between 23 and 65 years of age and in possession of a current local or valid overseas international license with qualified driving experience of at least two (2) years.
6) Extension of Rental
Should the renter wish to extend the rental, it is most important that the renting station be advised immediately and the required additional amount be paid so that the insurance coverage is extended. Failure to do so may mean the hirer is driving the vehicle without insurance.
7) Vehicle Entry Permit
For entering Singapore, you are required to purchase the Auto pass Card to pay for the Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) and toll charges before entering the Causeway and the Tuas checkpoints, during weekdays, while entry is only free on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays in Singapore. The hirer will be responsible for any summons or fines issued by the Singapore Traffic Police for failure to obtain this card. There will be an additional one time charge of RM 100.00.
8)Safety Precautions before and while driving upon Delivery of vehicles
Review maps and other visitor information before leaving the rental car area or other location. Reading a map while driving is dangerous & can indicate you are unfamiliar with the area. Always ask for directions before leaving the rental counter.
At airports, rental car plazas or other transportation terminals do not leave luggage unattended. If there is more than one person in your party, assign someone to stay with the bags. Only the renter and any additional drivers are required to rent the car.
Familiarize yourself with the vehicle's safety equipment, including hazard lights, windshield wipers, the spare tire, seat belts and door locks. Always be alert to your surroundings and know how to reach your destination prior to your departure. Make sure the vehicle always has plenty of gasoline.
